RODO clause Information on processing of personal data

The legal basis for data processing is:

• Article 6(1)(a) RODO - consent of the data subject (in the case of a contact form),
• Article 6(1)(b) RODO - actions to conclude or perform a contract,
• Article 6(1)(f) of the DPA - the controller's legitimate interest in conducting communications and handling enquiries.

The provision of data is voluntary, but necessary in order to contact you or process your application.

Data will be kept for the period necessary for correspondence, cooperation or for the time required by law.

The data subject has the right to:

• access to data,
• rectification of data,
• deletion of data,
• limitation of processing,
• data portability,
• to object to the processing,
• to withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent).

If you consider that the processing of your data violates the law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Authority (PUODO).
