Magdalena Pawlik

Magdalena Pawlik is a seasoned business leader, strategic management expert, and investment advisor with over 20 years of experience in executive roles across creative and consulting industries. Since 2004, she has been the founder and head of the production agency ArtAnima, and currently serves as the CEO of Prospects Incubator — a consultancy specializing in implementing foreign investments tailored to the Polish market’s cultural and operational specifics.
Her business acumen, combined with a background in business anthropology, allows her to design and execute innovative business models that integrate insights from diverse disciplines. She is known for her creative precision in strategic planning and her ability to bridge theory with practice. As a result, she has built long-standing collaborations with major enterprises in Poland and internationally, offering expertise in market adaptation, transformation processes, and business development.
An effective negotiator with outstanding leadership and communication skills, Magdalena is currently expanding her focus into leadership coaching and mentoring, helping shape the next generation of executives and organizational changemakers.
Her work also spans the cultural sector. She was a longtime Board Member of the Polish Jazz Association in Wrocław, the originator and producer of five editions of the Bass&Beat Festival, and now serves on the Board of the Jazz nad Odrą Foundation.
